What time does the Luxor balloon ride start?
Flights launch at sunrise, so pickup from your villa or hotel is usually between 4:00 and 5:30 am depending on the season. The whole experience takes around three hours door to door, with 45–60 minutes in the air.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. We arrange pickup and drop-off from your accommodation on Luxor’s West Bank or East Bank as part of the balloon package.
When is the best time of year for a balloon flight?
Balloons fly year-round in Luxor, weather permitting. Mornings from October to April are cooler and especially clear. Flights only go ahead when wind conditions are safe.
